We intentionally keep our calendar small, typically hosting no more than four large events each month.

For us, less is more. A limited calendar allows Casa Lola to remain a place that feels cared for—not overbooked—and gives us the opportunity to be thoughtful about every gathering we welcome.

Your rental provides access to the areas included in your reservation during your booked hours. Décor, catering, entertainment, rentals, staffing, and other event services are not included unless specifically stated in your booking.

Your reservation time must include everything from setup through final departure. We recommend allowing approximately one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown, depending on the complexity of your event.

Additional time may be available depending on the day's schedule. Please contact us in advance whenever possible.

The main house is private and is not included in event rentals.

We love seeing each celebration come together in its own way. Outside vendors are welcome with advance approval, and we simply ask that they follow our venue guidelines and applicable insurance requirements.

Vendor access begins at the start of your reserved time. If additional access is needed, it must be arranged and approved in advance.

Alcohol service is welcome for approved events, subject to applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements, and Casa Lola's policies.

Casa Lola is located in a residential neighborhood, so parking is intentionally limited. We strongly encourage rideshare, carpooling, shuttles, and party buses whenever possible.

We recommend reserving the limited street parking for vendors.

Approved vendors may use the second large vehicle gate closest to the mailbox for load-in and load-out.

We love seeing our guests bring their vision to the space. Décor must be approved when it involves attachments, structures, open flames, special effects, or anything that could affect the property.

To protect the property and landscape, glitter, confetti, rice, sand, loose feathers, pyrotechnics, sparklers, smoke machines and similar materials are not permitted.

Guest restroom facilities are not currently available on-site.

Appropriate restroom accommodations must be arranged in advance for events. Portable restroom options, including luxury restroom trailers, are recommended for larger or longer events.

Casa Lola is primarily an outdoor venue, designed to embrace the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Outdoor events naturally come with seasonal and weather considerations, so we encourage guests to plan accordingly.

What happens during extreme weather?

Guest safety always comes first. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require outdoor activities to be restricted or suspended.

Casa Lola is a single-level, ranch-style property with no stairs within the primary guest event area. Because the property is primarily outdoors, some surfaces may include natural landscape or uneven terrain. We're happy to discuss specific accessibility needs before your event.
